Other Prizes
Around the world there are prizes to promote and recognize mathematical research, whether in general or in specific areas. The SCM offers support through its relationship with other international scientific associations and societies. The Catalan mathematical community works connected to the world, collaborating with researchers from international research centers and universities, and has received some awards, as reflected in some news stories.
In Catalan-speaking territories, in addition to its own prizes, the SCM collaborates in mathematics prizes organized by other entities, either through financial support or participation in the jury.

Planter de Sondeigs i experiments
Organized by: Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics of the UPC, Faculty of Economics and Business of the UB, and Faculty of Sciences of the UAB.
The goal is to spark curiosity and foster students' interest in statistics, and to encourage educational work in secondary schools. Annual call, since the 2009-2010 academic year, with collaboration of the SCM.
For individual works or groups of up to 5 people, for ESO and high school students, supervised by teachers from their school.

Prizes for high school research projects (TdR)
The most notable prizes that include mathematics works are the following.
- Argó Prize
Organized within the framework of the Argó Program of the UAB, annually since 2003-2004. For high school research projects and higher-level vocational training projects.

Called by the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics of the UPC, annually, since the 2003-2004 academic year. For high school students who have done research work on a topic related to mathematics.

Called annually by the Government of the Generalitat of Catalonia since 1982. The objective of the PRJ is to awaken scientific vocations among young students in the country.
