FIRST PHASE 2027:

Date: Wednesday, January 27, 2027

Pre-registrations: During the month of November, the exact date will be published later.

Time: Check the different local venues to see the contest schedules (available during the pre-registration period).

Final registrations: During the month of December (instructions will be sent by email to pre-registered centers).

The first phase is in-person, in two categories. At each local venue, the contests for the Cadet and Junior categories will be held consecutively*.

Check the “Local Venues” tab for information on the schedules of your local venue (available during the pre-registration period).

Places at each venue will be allocated in order of pre-registration. The procedure is as follows (for each category):

1. During the month of November, the different venues that offer to organize the first phase of the contest will be published. If you are interested in organizing a venue, please contact copacangur@gmail.com
2. During November, the pre-registration period will be open (ending at the end of the month), where you can fill out the pre-registration form and choose the venue where you want to participate, and how many teams per category you would like to bring.
3. Under no circumstances can a school register at two different venues with the intention of increasing the number of participating teams from that school if the venues fill up.
4. Centers must pre-register at one of the venues geographically close to the center. It is not permitted to participate in a venue far from the center for strategic reasons (in case of doubt, common sense will be applied; contact the organization in case of doubts).
5. Once the pre-registration period is closed, places at each venue will be assigned to registered schools as follows:
   1. One team is assigned to each school, in order of pre-registration.
   2. If one team per school does not fill all the places at the venue, a second team will be assigned to those schools that requested it, in order of pre-registration.
   3. If there are still places left, the procedure will be repeated until they are exhausted.
6. At the beginning of December, the organizing committee will communicate the final pre-registration result to all schools, which will also be published on this website, showing the number of teams per category that each school can definitively register.
7. Note that pre-registration does not guarantee the participation of all pre-registered teams; only one team per category and center is guaranteed, the rest will depend on the registrations at each venue
8. Centers will have until December 31, 2026 to make the payment of €14 per participating team to the account of the Institut d'Estudis Catalans IBAN: ES14 2100 0963 61 0200057373 through a procedure that will be communicated in due course, where you will be provided with an invoice for the registration amount.
9. On January 12, pre-registration places occupied by schools that have not formalized their registration by making the corresponding payment will be offered.

The winners of each local contest in the first phase will qualify, along with the champion of the previous edition, for the final phase.

• * At some venues in Lleida, the contests for each category are held simultaneously at different centers.
