The Catalan team that competed in the 57th Spanish Mathematical Olympiad has achieved great success! All participants have been awarded a medal.

The Catalan team consists of Roger Lidón Ardanuy (Escoles Minguella, Badalona, 4th ESO), Àlex Rodríguez García (Ins Jaume Vicens Vives, Girona, 2nd Baccalaureate), Bernat Pagès Vives (Ins Jaume Vicens Vives, Girona, 1st Baccalaureate), Ángel Rodríguez Salvador (Oak House, Barcelona, 2nd Baccalaureate), Joana Pech Alberich (Aula Escola Europea, Barcelona, 2nd Baccalaureate), Ruben Carpenter (Ins Escola Costa i Llobera, Barcelona, 4th ESO), Gerard Grau García (Aula Escola Europea, Barcelona, 1st Baccalaureate), Raquel Trull Baguena (Ins Jaume Vicens Vives, Girona, 2nd Bac.).
At the OME, all contestants received a medal:
Gold medals: Ruben Carpenter, Roger Lidón, Bernat Pagès
Silver medals: Àlex Rodríguez, Ángel Rodríguez
Bronze medals: Joana Pech, Raquel Trull, Gerard Grau.
Roger, Bernat, and Àlex will be part of the Spanish team at the international olympiad, along with Leonardo Costa Lesage (Valencia), Miguel Navarro Muñoz (Madrid), and Miguel Valdivieso Vallés (Madrid).
