Here you will find the document Bases for the development of a Mathematics curriculum in non-university education, which has been prepared by a joint committee of the Spanish Committee of Mathematics (CEMat) and the Ministry of Education. In this committee, at the proposal of the Catalan Society of Mathematics (SCM), Iolanda Guevara and Abraham de la Fuente have participated. You will also find the presentation document of the main document.
The committee was created, at the proposal of the Ministry of Education, following the protests of mathematicians regarding the treatment of mathematics in the new education law, the Organic Law for the modification of the LOE (LOMLOE). The document we attach is the result of the work carried out over this academic year.
For now, everyone is very satisfied with the result, and the Ministry itself says the document is very useful. Work has now begun on a report on the training of mathematics teachers at pre-university levels.
