At the end of 2001, in the context of Cangur-2002, the first Cangur poster contest, was called, in order to choose the design that would serve as the identifier of our test for subsequent editions. Subsequently, triennial calls for the contest have been made, and for this year 2026 it has already been announced. Link
In the context of the 10th SCM Kangaroo, the first edition of the Kangaroo story contest, with content related to the world of mathematics. The stories submitted must be written in the language of the lands where people say “Good morning!”. Link to the call for 2026.
The geographical scope of the calls covers all areas where the Cangur test is held under the auspices of the SCM, and is aimed at students in 3rd year of ESO, 4th year of ESO, or post-compulsory secondary education.
The deadline for submitting originals has been extended to April 30, 2026.
