Estalmat is a program to stimulate mathematical talent, held in Catalonia and organized by the Catalan Society of Mathematics (SCM) and the Federation of Entities for the Teaching of Mathematics in Catalonia (Feemcat), since the 2003-2004 academic year.
It began as a program for the Detection and Stimulation of early talent in mathematics, based on a proposal by Miguel de Guzmán from the Complutense University of Madrid, within the framework of the Royal Academy of Sciences.
