MMACA is the Museum of Mathematics of Catalonia. It is located at Palau Mercader, in the Can Mercader gardens, Cornellà de Llobregat. There you will find the permanent site of the museum where you can enjoy and touch mathematics; in a format suitable for children, young people, and not-so-young people alike. Everyone (no prior knowledge needed! just a desire to enjoy them) will find a discovery. The Museum of Mathematics of Catalonia has a very good international reputation.
On May 9th at 6 PM, Professor Marta Casanelles from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia will give a lecture on mathematics and the evolution of species, playing with the paths taken by the evolution of our genetic footprint.
