The association Le Kangourou sans frontières, which promotes the Kangaroo test internationally, has set the celebration date for the third Thursday of March, which next year is March 21, and this year on that date we will celebrate the SCM Kangaroo in the Balearic Islands, the Valencian Country, and in the direct organization of the Catalan Mathematical Society in Catalonia and some centers in Andorra and La Franja de Ponent.
Registration for the kangaroo organized directly by the SCM is on track to break records:

- Registrations from 1,082 centers have been recorded, 5.41% more than in 2023
- 513 registrations for the 5th and 6th grade primary Kangaroo
- 717 registrations for 1st and 2nd year of ESO
- 731 registrations for 3rd and 4th year of ESO
- 430 registrations for high school and vocational training, considering that some of these registered centers will hold the Kangaroo at university venues or other civic centers, in a festive mathematical day.
- These data suggest that on March 21 more than 120,000 students may participate in our Kangaroo.
