On Saturday, October 15, 2022, at the Prat de la Riba Hall of the Institute of Catalan Studies, the XVII Conference on Mathematics Teaching will take place. If the number of registrations exceeds the capacity of the Prat de la Riba Hall, a second space will be set up from which the events can be followed via streaming.
Organized by Maria Àngels Portilla Rueda (SBM-XEIX), Patricia Salvador Selma (Al-Khwarizmi), Abraham de la Fuente Pérez (SCM), Bernat Ancochea i Millet (FEEMCAT).
Registrations: For XTEC users, on the XTEC portal at this link , otherwise, you can go to the form. Registration will remain open from September 12 to 26. Attendance at the morning and afternoon events will grant a participation certificate.
Program:
8:45-9:00 Reception
9:00-9:15 Presentation of the Conference. The morning session will take place in the Prat de la Riba Hall, which can be accessed on a first-come, first-served basis.
9:15-10:30 Conference Classroom experiences through the lens of communication, with Cecília Calvo and Pepa Pizà.
10:30-12:00 Presentation of tables and experiences while having breakfast
12:00-13:00 Workshops

- Interrail with GeoGebra. Manel Martínez (Teacher at Institut Sant Just Desvern) and Jordi Font (Professor of Mathematics Didactics at the University of Barcelona and teacher at Institut Baix a Mar, Vilanova i la Geltrú).
