Next Tuesday, June 5th at 3:30 PM at the FME of the UPC, the next edition of the Viquimarató will take place
Driven by professor and former president of the SCM, Joan Solà Morales, members of the mathematical community from both university and mathematics education meet periodically to carry out a project called Viquimarató. This project aims to update the content of the main topics included in the curriculum of 2nd year of high school and first year of university (calculus and algebra) on the Catalan Wikipedia. A total of 300 topics have been selected, and the goal is to gradually add or complete this content so that students can consult it.
The next meeting will be at the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia at 3:30 PM on Tuesday, June 5, 2018.
