Function of Data. Joint SCM-SoCE Conference
Function of Data. On Thursday, November 14, the first joint SCM-SoCE conference on data in business and society will take place.
The Catalan Society of Mathematics, together with the Catalan Society of Statistics, organizes a conference dedicated to promoting the activity of mathematics and statistics in the business world. The title of this conference is The Function of Data. Spaces are limited and registration is required in advance at Registration for The Function of Data
The first part of the conference (morning) will consist of one-hour workshops aimed at providing tools, some more well-known and others less so, to help businesses work with their data.
In the second part (afternoon), we will have talks with people from the business world who will share their vision and experience regarding the use of mathematics and statistics in the business environment.
The conference will take place on November 14 at the Prat de la Riba room, IEC. Carrer del Carme, 47.
