For many years now, to highlight that there is a large number of participants who deserve special recognition for their results in solving the Kangaroo Test, many more than the 15 award winners, in each school level, up to the top 11% of participants with the best scores receive a diploma of published and, furthermore, the top 6% are highlighted on the website, and schools can download a PDF indicating the score. Congratulations!
This page lists the boys and girls who receive this honorable mention in the year 2026. In the list of mentions, the position obtained is indicated, starting from the first contestant who did not receive a prize. In ties, indicated with ex aequo, all participants with the same score have the same position in the ranking and are presented in a fixed but randomly generated order.
The recognition of the mention includes:
- honorary diploma prepared by the SCM
- congratulatory letter from the presidency of the SCM
- a game, REVERSO, with a strong mathematical component, especially regarding the treatment of symmetries, and an explanatory sheet about the game, with some challenges and ideas.
In another vein, the gift that SCM offers as a prize for the 2026 Kangaroo contest, for contestants who have obtained it (15 per school level, see the list of prizes) is free attendance at the Campus-Kangaroo, which will take place at the end of the summer holidays, organized by eXplòrium, educational services
