The program Crazy about Mathematics will return in 2027 with a new edition aimed at young people interested in discovering mathematical research and its applications in current science and technology.
The course will take place from January to June 2027 and will combine outreach sessions with practical workshops at different universities and research centers. Throughout the program, participants will explore areas such as geometry, number theory, cryptography, topology, dynamical systems, fractals or the mathematics of sound.
The Catalan Mathematical Society participates in the organization of the course, together with UPC, UAB, UB and the Centre for Mathematical Research.
