The Catalan Society of Mathematics organizes a day on the occasion of International Day of Mathematics, which is celebrated worldwide every March 14 (3/14). This international commemoration, promoted by UNESCO and the International Mathematical Union, aims to highlight the role of mathematics in science, technology, and society.
The day will include activities of mathematical outreach and meeting spaces for the mathematical community and for all people interested in this discipline. With this initiative, the Catalan Society of Mathematics joins the international celebrations of the International Day of Mathematics and contributes to promoting mathematical culture.
