The Vicent Caselles RSME\u2013BBVA Foundation Mathematical Research Awards<\/strong> recognize each year six young researchers who, in the early stages of their scientific careers, have made particularly relevant contributions in different areas of mathematics.<\/p>\n The Royal Spanish Mathematical Society (RSME)<\/strong> and the BBVA Foundation<\/strong> they have announced the awardees: Gonzalo Cao Labora, Antonio Casares Santos, Rodrigo Alonso de Pool Alc\u00e1ntara, Anna Jov\u00e9 Campabadal, Ismael Morales L\u00f3pez and Miren Jasone Ram\u00edrez-Ayerbe.<\/p>\n From the Catalan Society of Mathematics (SCM)<\/strong> we want to congratulate all the awardees and especially highlight \u00a0Gonzalo Cao Labora<\/strong> i Anna Jov\u00e9 Campabadal<\/strong>, linked to our society and its reference universities. This recognition highlights the quality of their research and the international projection of mathematical talent trained in our academic environment.<\/p>\n The Vicent Caselles Awards, created in 2015, have become one of the most prestigious distinctions for young researchers in mathematics in Spain. The goal is to recognize original, innovative research works with a notable impact within the international scientific community.<\/p>\n The RSME has also announced the awarding of the RSME Medals, which distinguish individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the development, promotion, and prestige of mathematics, and this year they have been awarded to Antonio J.
