We build the Catalan Society of Mathematics together with all the individuals and institutional members (from universities and schools) who are part of it, and we are open to the entire Catalan-speaking mathematical community.<\/p>\n
As we did last December, we are making an open call for collaboration from members and also from other interested people who wish to participate.<\/p>\n
If you visit the SCM website (which is constantly being updated and built), you can see the various committees and activities: congresses, conferences, youth training, publications, awards, competitions... Some are already traditional, others have become regular, and there are also new ones.<\/p>\n
Particularly for 2025, we want to highlight the celebration of International Mathematics Day, which will begin on March 13 with an institutional event at the Sal\u00f3 de Cent of Barcelona City Hall as a starting point for the celebration of the 30th edition of the Kangaroo test on March 20.<\/p>\n
