In almost all cases, they allow an ordinary member of other societies to become a member of the SCM with a reduced fee and vice versa, so that for ordinary members of the SCM, the fee to become a member of the other society is also reduced. <br \/>In most cases, the reduced fee is 50% of the ordinary fee.
