The Catalan Society of Mathematics (SCM)<\/strong> announces the call for competitions Sprint Problems<\/strong> i Cangur Cup<\/strong> for the 2025-2026 academic year. Both activities maintain the organization and structure of recent years, consolidating themselves as benchmarks in promoting mathematics among primary, ESO, and high school students.<\/p>\n

Sprint Problems 2025-2026<\/h2>\n

The tests are conducted online and in teams, with registration on the same day of the competition, at the start of the activity.<\/p>\n

Scheduled dates by level:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    3rd and 4th year of ESO: December 10, 2025.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    5th and 6th year of primary: January 21, 2026.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    High school: February 4, 2026.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    1st and 2nd year of ESO: February 18, 2026.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Kangaroo Cup 2025-2026<\/h2>\n

    The Kangaroo Cup is played in teams and includes two categories:<\/p>\n

      Cadet category: 1st and 2nd year of ESO.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Junior category: 3rd and 4th year of ESO.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        January 28, 2025, at different venues across the territory.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Registration process:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          November 2025: venue consultation and pre-registration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          December 2025: communication of the number of teams per center and registration\/payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
